How many miles on the RCM motor? Look good for 100k makes a change for this type of car not to be a garage queen (like my one)

That car looks like it's barely covered 1 mile, let alone 100,000 of 'em.
Makes yer sick. (in the nicest possible way)

Thanks fellas.

Yep she still looks pretty nice for 13 yrs old. I dont polish the thing every week like some people think I do but whenever it does get dirty I clean it.

In 8 years of owning the car it will only remain filthy for a day or two. I think that's where people go wrong.

Up RCM the other week on the dyno. Not chasing big figures but we just wanted to see what it was currently running at. Dyno revealed it's currently running at 548 bhp.

Claaarkio you now need to join the P1 owners club. Very friendly and helpful bunch who have many meetings and events every years.

Thanks mate. Anchor butter

About every 12 weeks I wash it using warm water and fairy washing up liquid. That is a great cleaner and removes any wax or polish.

Then wash the car using various shampoos (haven't got a favourite).

If I'm prepping the P1 for a show it will never see a micro fiber or any cloth. I blow dry the complete car. It's great for all the fiddly bits where water runs out from after you have dried it. Also great for the engine bay.

I then give a a polish using AG deep shine then one coat of AG HD wax.

Finish off using Red Mist.

Regarding the black trim or black plastic you wont beat marmite.

Hi Skullfudge,

I haven't been able to get on the p1woc for ages, kept getting a database error, no matter what device or browser I used, was it down for a while?

Seems OK now though.
