New Subaru. 2003 JDM Sti
Just thought I'd put a few pics up of my new Subaru. Not the best pics but i'm off work next week so its getting a detail and proper pics!! Only had the car for 2 weeks, absolutely love it.I prefer it to the power delivery of UK cars, but I understand its not to everyone tastes!
Its a totally standard JDM except for being mapped by Rich at Powerstation, a full Miltek with sports cat and a K+N panel filter. I have some innovit redlines and scoobyworld blue mudflaps to go on. The car has 45,000 on the clock. No further engine mods will be carried out. I intend to make the car a minter as its already very clean so is a good base to start on and i'm a bit of a clean-freak!!!

Yeah has the DCCD. Quite a different car to the UK spec, was quite suprised when I was looking into properly before buying!
Haha I always tell myself I'll keep it standard but it never happens! Got the formentioned exterior mods on the way, but thats really gonna be it. Proba better stereo too.

Welcome to the world of JDM. Very nice and clean indeed.
Only improvement i can think of is to detail that intercooler and strut bar...and maybe replate a few bolts holding the intake duct and radiator. Sorry, i'm a bit of a clean freak myself.

Started work properly on the car now. Started a thread in the project section but thought I'd do it here too as there's lots of pics.
So, started the cleaning in essence. Given the engine bay a once over but a lot more to come on this. Also did the exhaust yesterday, plus a full valet inside. Mudflaps and stereo also in. Set of 18" pro race 1.2's on the way, as well as an HKS ssqv and lots more cleaning.
