Default My new eclipse peformance 11 piece hose set and turbo intake hose.

I fitted these on the weekend, not too bad to fit but thought i had a large boost leak which turned out to be the fact that i didnt realise there is a hidden one way valve in the second hose of the servo that i didnt cut out and fit to the new hose, now that is all done it is all working well, cheers, Ian.

Did you have to remove the inlet manifold to get the turbo pipe on mate?

No because i pretty much destroyed the hard plastic original pipe and removed the intercooler and throttle housing to gain a bit more access to remove the old hose and fit the new one correctly.ian.

Ive just fitted my red kit.

Over all good for the money but the top rad hose isnt the best fit.

That one way valve had me scratching my head, it had me building a boost leak test rig that did find a 3mm split in the turbo pipe. So yet more cash to spend.

I didnt get the turbo to tank "s"pipe did that come with the kit or is it an extra ?

Thanks for the comments,
Yeah the second rubber hose of the brake servo has the one way valve in it, i also thought i had a boost leak untill i realised.

big_wasa

it looks like the pipe you think is missing you from the coolant tank to the turbo you have used from the crankcase to the turbo inlet pipe instead, if you compare our pics you can see this, also i have used one of the new hoses to the forge recirc valve in my pic but looks like you have used it for the throttle coolant hose? ah well, it did get a bit confusing trying to locate them all, yours looks good though
