update on my classic
from this:
how it is now
av managed to get a new mid level spoiler, sti version 8 bonnet scoop, smoked indicators, front splitter & fog covers, New special edition sport seats with folding rear, 8 ball gearknob, boost gauge, hks induction kit.
Also changed temp sensor, thermostat & changed antifreeze ready for winter.
if i keep it al be changing wheels etc after new year, wouldnt mind getting it upto 350+bhp

sti scoops are canny big like, the paints come off a tiny bit around where original vent goes with it being aluminium, so al have get bonnet painted if a put that vent back on, might look into after new year then.......hard cars to sell so guess am keeping it
The wheels are genuine sti split rim light weight alloys 0.505kg
am guessing there very rare

Front mount intercooler and a few other tweaks and bits and bobs and it will be great when mapped. Be careful about doing too much as they don`t like it, unless they are mapped.
But nice and clean looker though!!

upto now its got a z4 sti ecu, hks filter, td05 turbo, baley dump valve, full 3" exhaust with decat, air con removed, hoping its around 300bhp now
wont a front mount just give me louds of lag was thinking of fitting an sti top mount.

Baileys are known to cause issues with Scoobys, and a FMIC won`t be as bad as you`d imagine with lag, esp on a TD05.

mines a 1994 wrx if that makes a difference, i was gonna take dump valve off all together got told not to and he also told me baileys were good dump valves
iam pretty much clueless with these, i pay for all my work ive just spent a grand on headgaskets, exedy clutch, timing belt etc

Thing is with these cars people say thing when they don`t know jack about them, and will tell you "Ah it`ll be fine" then the engine goes pop, and then they say its everything else.
As for the dump valve, they prefer the standard recirc valve, and also prefer the standard airbox unless it has a cold feed and a heat shield.
