Default My black bug eye WRX

Hi, this is my bug eye wrx i bought back in oct after selling my r6 and my grandad style passat, i wanted something jap and turbo, i'm a mechanic for porsche and get to drive those every day so wanted something nippy with good handling within my 5k budget so chose a bug eye wrx, also wanted it in black so am well chuffed with my choice so far.

This is a list of things ive done to it so far which totals about £1100
(being a tech saves labour costs)

detangoed and painted the chrome in the headlights.
carbon vinyl wrapped and added fog covers and wrapped various interior parts.
wrapped wing reflectors.
afterburner panelfilter.
scorpion decat uppipe, 3rd kat dekat and straight pipe onto a ninja backbox with powerflex hangers.
added a momo gearnob to match the steering wheel cus it came with a halfords special.
added a touch screen dvd player.
debadged.
painted the calipers.
refurbed the wheels and sprayed in satin black.
full service including diff and gearbox oil. (just plugs left to do)
grooved and dimpled discs all round with mintex pads.
had the windows tinted.
led sidelights and 100w ring headlight bulbs
lowered 40mmon apex springs.
wheel alignment and front links.
resprayed wipers arms due to corrosion.
removed corroded front bonnet pins which came on the car and looked pretty rubbish so covered the small holes with small peices of carbon viyl for now untill a cheap carbon bonnet turns up or i can afford a respray.
the sti style spoiler on the car was painted poorly so i painted it satin black and carbon vinyl wrapped the top blade, this has now been replaced with a painted sti style spoiler, i'll be selling the spoiler and tailgate shortly cheap as i have no room for it.
also recently got hold of some swissvax oynx cheap so have been using that, it smells awesome and darkens the paint nicely with a nice shine.
next to do is a remap and front splitter.
heres the pics from start to finish.
any comments welcome good or bad, cheers, Ian.

pretty much as i bought it with the exception of debadge and painted headlights.

After some tinkering...

Cheers for the comments, yeah i agree sti lights would look good they seem to sell for loads of money though, i'll keep an eye out for some, and i also agree that white bug eyes are the nicest but using it every day like i do would do my head in trying to keep it clean! kev the windows are tinted, only the back three though to keep it legal the photos dont show them too well. cheers again, Ian.
