Default New Rims

After contemplating the concave look for awhile now i decided against it, with the b-roads not being very friendly to the spin i made a decision to go for more of a rally inspired look and was lucky enough that a set of Revolutions appeared for sale last week i got in contact with the seller immediately and made him an offer to which he accepted, picked them up on Sunday and fitted them as soon as i got home, then filled in the lettering on the tyres this evening very happy with them, opinions welcome

@Guv they do look super good on classic's i agree i did however catch a reflection in a garage forecourt window as i drove passed and i have to say i was very glad i bought them well worth the 6hr round trip imo.

I am considering getting these for my Spec C as well, but i believe they are quite heavy aren't they. I think they are 11-12kg? How does it drive with these wheels? Does it blunt performance in anyway?

When i fitted them, i didn't notice much of a difference in weight to the 17's that were coming off tbh,
the ride feels smooth and still makes me smile on the b-roads

@Phil555 have you some pix of the anthracite's on your TypeR i can view?

First & second pic are how the car is now as I have fitted the OE decals. Third is an old pic but they give you an idea.

thanks guy's.

Anthracite look really smart on the milleniums Phil

decisions decisions maybe next year mine might get a refresh

Does anyone have an interest in doing a photoshop? I'd like to see how they would look in white and also in black,
some help would be much appreciated.

Nick.

I was going to paint them black straight away as my last set of wheels (P1 WRC) wheels were black but decided the anthracite was OK. If i kerb one i'll do them black.

Fitted the AST'S at the weekend and have to say i'm very pleased with them, much more comfort than the oem setup, £225 well spent I think.

Sitting a little lower now.
