Default Pic request:- SECS Psi3 data monitor mounted in a classic

hi was just wondering where people have mounted a SECS Psi3 data monitor in a classic scooby, i have a pod that houses the optional extra compass that replaces the dash pocket that i may adapt to take the monitor if possible.

Here's what mine looked like in the top cubby hole, although the actual monitors is not in there, just the faceplate:



Its about 60 quid new from Subaru, but I believe it is the same thing as the compass unit.

No you don't. Its just a metal bracket that you can just see through the display part, thats for mountina stereo if needed.

Did you just buy your monitor off here, and its a DIN mounted unit?

I had one like that before, and I just glued it in the mount. Here is the pic of my old one:



I had to trim it a bit, but I just glued it from the inside.

Alternatively, you can get the faceplate lik I have above, made out of 3mm perspex.
I'll scan mine and send it to if you like.
