As said, just looks like a jdm bugeye sti, its had the rear bumper spats and diffuser added, maybe the sti rear wing too as some had low level ones.

Also looks like its sonic blue, unless its just the light/picture. Must be JDM as it has a rear wiper.

oh and if its in malaysia the guy who owns it must be loaded, used to work with a malasian engineer and he was into cars and told me that to import foreign cars to malaysia costs over 100% vat tax

Yes same as philipines where we have a place
A 14 year old classic fetches 5k and 10 k gets you a 04 blobeye STi very rare car and only for the super rich petrol heads
Lot of money when the average wages is less then £14 a week and petrol at 52p a litre
There is even a subaru club in phillapines just like what we have over here
