Due to popular demand (well two people asking!) here's the scans of my SLR snaps of Panizzi doing his stuff at the viaduct hairpin on Leg 3 of the Cat Rally.
I just wished I used my camera properly and run it flat out at 3 shots per second. Still, I like these Sized down a bit for modem folk - the scans saved as JPGs are 1.5MB+ each.
Thanks to Hoppy for lending me his film scanner and making this possible.

Sweet piccies! Being an ex/current Pugnut (sorry, may have scoob, but would be sooo tempted back with a little hot number from Peugeot), I stayed up to watch the doughnut on eurosport. Absolutely loved it, love the car and Panizzi is my favourite driver this season! Hoping that he can dig deep and come up with some good results on the non tarmac stages Talk about your original 'Tarmac Terrorist' though. Absolutely flies on the stuff!
I amm so up for Catalunya next year!
Cheers,
Nick

It has been way too long since the last one from themmethinks...
Add to that the fact that they actually make attractive cars too now, they would be absolutly barking not to cash in and also get some rally prestige into their ranks, to rival the Cosworth and STI

Fantastic photos Chris I'm proud to say that I was there when he did that and witnessed it first hand, one of my rallying all time great moments

Fantastic pictures Chris - the best I've seen anywhere. Very proud to be able to say 'I was there' too
These coupled with the movie footage that John (Mossman) took are as good as any of the professional stuff seen on TV.
Cheers
