Default My Blobeye WRX

A few pics of my new car, 54 Plate WRX.

Due to insurance reasons (i.e. not having any!) I had to trailer it back from the dealer:

At home after a wash:

On base with my mate's ST170:

You've probably seen loads of standard WRXs on here but I thought I would show mine anyway. Hope you like!

Mine looked exactly like that when I first got it. I never really understood why they put the twin pipe on, that was the first modification I did to mine.

Cheers guys, appreciate all the comments. Insurance has been sorted - was waiting for it to run out on my old car so I got the extra years NCB!

Plans:

1. Prodrive backbox. Should be simple enough to find one on here!

2. Front Splitter. The HT Auto's one is probably my favourite so far so that shouldn't be much of a problem.

3. New Alloys. Fancy a set of 18" 7-spoke Prodrive replicas (Inovit ones) so got to save up for those too.

4. CD Player. Contemplating changing the standard one for an aftermarket (eventually) so that I can use my mp3 player with it. Not essential at the mo.

5. Centre Console Surround. Slightly blemished so was thinking about getting carbon effect or (if they make it) carbon styled replacement. Also not essential at the moment!

Was also wondering; are there any local regular meets nearby? Anywhere near West London mostly.

Cheers

Default UPDATE

Right, it's been a while since I've posted up on here (Aghanistan being one reason) and a lot has changed to my car so here are a few pics:

Went ahead with most of the ideas on the previous post apart from the centre console surround (just haven't got round to it yet!) but give or take a few things it's looking just how I want it right now

Which springs do you recommend?

Was considering putting my name down for the Uxbridge Autoshow again. Came along two years ago and really enjoyed it
