Today's Project....... Roof Vents !!
Well what can I say other than a massive thanks to Merv and Ellis for fitting a few flaps.... not one... not two... but 3 flaps
Kev for the space and food and Dean for an extra pair of hands.
Here's a few of mine to start with
Firstly removing the roof lining and assorted trims...

Then the mounting brakets go in...

That gives you position....

After Ellis and his multipal measurements....

You get the idea....

Then join em up....

At this point we all told Merv what a nice chap he was
Now just so you realise we had a bin liner taped to the inside to seal and catch all the trimmings...

Then Ellis plus a sharp knife took over...

Roof trim cut...

The dog also had to show patience
Note the muffin balancing on her nose

This is the result.....

Tidy

Then Kev's Type R had the same treatment....

Followed by Danny's Type R...

Again a massive thanks to team SWS for this.... another show of Welsh hospitality I think it's safe to say

We had to keep you going as its double time on a Sunday

Cracking job there Merv and Ellis, they look really good and factory fitted.
I would have been pooping myself have to cut the roof on both cars, Merv must have nerves of steel before long there will be more cars in SWS with roof flaps than without.
