Default My Type R - New user

Hello everyone, firstly I shall introduce myself.

My name is Jamie, I'm 21 and based in Nottingham. Currently on my 3rd Subaru, been driving them since I was 19. Started off with a WRX Import, then onto a Version 3 STi which sadly in Nov had it's final drive by myself as the engine blew it's bottom end due to a poor rebuild and miss match engine (which I didn't know about)
So I've know got myself a Version 3 STi Type R.

The spec so far;

Basics!

56k miles, FSH, second owner in history (first uk owner), one owner from new in japan for the past 14 years, imported under 1month ago & all your type R goodies, DCCD, intercooler water spray etc etc.

When I brought the car it came with the following extras

Tein superstreet coilovers
H-Brace
STi carbon front strut brace
Rear strut brace
Zerosport cooling pannel
Earthing kit
Oil cooler (unsure on make as I only found it in my front bumper when I was fitting the morettes)
Defi water gauge
Defi boost gauge
Defi link controller
Blitz turbo timer
STi 555 seats
Fog covers
Front 3 peice splitter

Only engine/power mod is a backbox for the moment, came with the other basics such as an alarm, self active locking when left for a period of time and some more bits that I'm still learning and finding everyday!

I've now fitted;

Morettes
Front dark light kit
Changed fog covers over from my V3 sti as they were cleaner and the logo was in pink
Speedline wheels
STi mudflaps

Still got to fit the following once it's been health checked!

Afterburner vortex exhaust turbo back (full decat system)
HKS ssqv Bov
Green cotton filter
Walbro 255lb fuel pump
Oil catch tank

And the pictures so far;

Little arty one;

It's in need of a good clean as I've had it under a week and it's been moved along way before landing in the UK. So alot of dirty is in the paint currently so I'll be getting my machine buffer out on it when the snow vanishes!

Hope you like it

Also if anyone wants anything from my old STi let me know, will be posting a topic shortly!

Cheers

Jamie

Nice not too keen on the sidelights/indicators though.

Recently purchased mine (V4) and they are a seriously good bit of machinery although

Hello mate, the mudflaps are from Scoobyworld

Morettes are from a member on here, picked them up for £100 if not mistaken! My second set now as I had some on my first WRX, love the morettes just planning to get some subports in black for the inner lights and feed one airduct to the intercooler and another to the airbox/filter.
