Default First mods of the New Year

I know, it's February already, but I've been busy so here's the first of this year and as I was away most of last year, the last of 2009 too.

Changed my mudflaps from subtle black to in-your-face red, got them off the kids for Christmas

Also changed the wheel nuts for some titanium coated ones after I got me wheels resprayed last year. Wheels are clean, but the rest of the car is filthy, but may sort that tomorrow

The nuts came from Ebay, but I can find them or work out who the seller was from my feedback.

Must get some bigger brakes for the front though, some APs hopefully later this year

Plenty more to do over the next few weeks/months prior to the Uxbridge autoshow

Nice nuts.
Really like white wheels, seem to go so well with any colour Impreza. Maybe a contender for the next set for me.

All your other new mods are great, all blend together very well

As Budgie said last week

But when you have such a nice set of nuts it's difficult to keep your hands off them

ive recently had my flaps fitted but they sit so high at the front - theres only about 1-2 inches sit below the car, cant even fit the decals on

my fitter told me there a bit of a sh*t fit

where you get yours?

From here mate

eBay.co.uk Shop: Search results for Mud Flaps Mudflaps.

Fronts are about 1cm from the ground, but the car has been lowered 50mm

Great fit, although for peace of mind I added an extra self tapper on each side at the rear.

I've had their cheaper ones before which I have modded significantly to make them sit lower, but changed them only because I wanted a different colour. They are still in good nick.
