Default MY97 JDM STi

Here is a little "post" about my MY97 JDM STi. I can start with that this is pretty special here in Norway. As JDM cars is almost impossible to get registered and street legal here, so this is one of not many street legal ones.

The car has not been done to much changes with the exterior, but the rest has been some with. I will take the exterior when the summer arrives. New rims, paint, decals, headlights, 99/00 bumper and rearwing.

Some mods:

- Richmond skinn gearbag
- STi aluminium gearshifter

- Whiteline anti swaybar w/droplinks front
- Whiteline alloy droplinks rear

- Prodrive steeringwheel
- Tein hood dampers
- JDM MY05 STi 6MT with DCCD
- R180 lamelldiff
- Exedy heavy duty clutch, with lighted flywheel and organic clutchplate.
- All STi axels
- Goodridge steelbraided brakehoses
- HKS downpipe
- Big Brembo STi brakes in front and rear.

I know of one Type-RA here in Norway that is 100% JDM and street legal. We have som sick rules to follow here. If there are a very rarly car, and it is the first in the country, it could get registered as a "special car". Then it would be the first and the last in the country to be streetlegal. Eks there are one 22b that is streetlegal in Norway. If I imported another 22b in to Norway, I would not get registered.

Mine has a norwegian chassi, where ALL the parts from the JDM STi was brough over to. Then it was allowed to get registered
