Default To black head light mod or not

Been thnking of doing the black headlight mod to my black 2005 sti, not to sure at the minute as i am in two minds as i think it looks good as is with the std lights detango'd as it is fresh looking but then think it looks good done black, borrowed a pic from someone who has done it to thier car (not sure on user name so hope you dont mind if so pm me and i will remove it) but can you let me know what you think, yes or no

I've done mine and prefer it that way .. BUT .. the headlights do loose some brightness and so not as good when driving quickly ..

easy ! but do it over weekend, or sometime you dont need your car, could turn out to be a 2 day job waiting for paint / sealant to dry !

Looks like it is a common thought to do it, thing is I am not to sure if it will be too much black and be a little over the top, as I will be getting some gloss black 18's some day soon just trying to decide on which

Yep, definately do it! Doesn't alter the brightness of the lights at all and no problems at MOT time either.

The black headlight mod looks great on white and black cars so definately do it it looks awful on red and blue cars though

I think blacking out the headlights on Bugeyes looks 1000% better than standard (I just finished doing mine today!) but for some reason I prefer the standard look headlights on blobs, but de-tangoed too, of course.
