I really want to paint my inlet manifold while ive got it out to fit an Oil catch can/clean the whole bay properly and do a few bits.

Ive just got a Japspeed catch can in blue and have ordered the blue hoses to go with. Im thinking if I do my inlet blue - its gonna be too much. But if I do it red it'll prob look like a HAPPY MEAL!! White will show all the dirt coming in from the scoop

Any ideas people!?

 

you need a new air filter mate yours look fecked and a nice heat sheild.

If you do it any colour it will be easier to clean so if you want white go for it

 

I like good old fashioned red, and i think it looks ok with blue hoses, here's mine:

 

I painted my spare manifold last weekend. Went for black because it matches my intercooler pipes.

 

lol its seen better days I know! What gains will I get from a heatsheild and where can I get one ready to fit? I have thought of it in the past but one of many things I plan!

White will look the dogs danglies but i do like the look of your too mit. I thought it would look kinda poo but yours looks smart - and the rad clamps tie the red in too.

I like the anthracite route as Ive been toying with doing my front mount to match the wheels so could be a nice theme
