Default Silver Classic after facelift & Brakes (&evo)

Hi,

Thought i would post a few piccies of me mota..

Goes from when i bought it, did the gauges, did the brakes, and today did the front bumper and wheels and had a semi decent crack at the paint. Lots more to come.

2 months ago when i go it.

After Brakes:

After Bumper, Clear Lights & Evo

Couple with a little blur. Im not very good at photoshop!

Gave it a bit of a clean including a clay for the first time with some nxt gen polish

I did intend on leaving it standards and going big horse power sleeper (ish) but these bits came up i had to buy them .

Here is a general guide for the next mods im going to be doing.

Styling.
Sti6 Rearl Spoiler
New front driver side wing
P1 Front slitter (with removable toeing eye)
Respray a couple of bits, and get someone good to straighten the rest of it out.
Possibly some anthracite p1 style wheels. or paint these

The rest (fun stuff).
Firstly this thing needs stiffening up. Its a track/fast road machine for fun so i want it handling real well.

24mm Rear Arb
22mm Front Arb
Droplinks
camber adjust bolts/topmounts
Coilovers
f1 asyms and r888 on my 16's
AWD alignment and corner wheel weighting.

FMIC
Fuel Pump
induction
Dual port DV
3" turbo back decat wrapped (gnome or something not too loud)
Wrap turbo
Cleaning engine bay.
ECU & Remap.

Hope you like the pics

Chris

Looks a lot better just needs a new style front grill to finish it off.

Def needs p1 splitter, nice spoiler and dropping. That will be done when i sort the handling out tho. almost looking as i want.

Cant decide whether to stip it, cage it, and graphic it or not :S

sorry. bats in keyboard ran out!

Yeah i think a spoiler and splitter will really finish it off.

Then i can pour all my money into making it track honed. It really does lack in the handling department. And i could do with a few more horsies to keep up with the porker turbos on the straights.

my plate is my user name lol the flat out slogan always makes people behind smile lol

got my winter rims on now and went a bit mad with some stickers lol

comin off soon and gold rims goin back on with new tyres

u can see the difference in suspension in these pics . it runnig sti shocks with eibach red springs and handles like a fooking ******* . quite soild though . had coilovers on my last scoob and had no end of trouble wit em leaking ect . i got the springs n shocks for 250 quid in good nic and it had dramatically changeed the car . looks miles better to .

heres a few before the lowereage and before the gold rims came off for the winter . they are to good to be exposed to these sh*t conditions lol .

run the gold on the new suspension but they were rubbing due to the tyre profile , so i had to get new 35 profile tyres to fit em under the car with the new suspension .

and help needed just give me a shout

they 18's then i take it? Think im gonna stick with 215 40 r17's untill i get me some AP's.

There is plent of 2nd hand coilover kits going for about 200-400 quid so i think im gonna get one of them. As its going to be track fully adjustable would be nice, get some camber on the front

So much left to do! I think i need to take a month off spending on the car.

I prefer Photomatix for HDR processing, I then cloned out the cracks n leaves/stones n put a highpass filter on it in Pshop,
