just looking at the pics does anyone think the grille should be red and the mesh black

Not nice the way it is but I think if the grill was red and the mesh behind it and below it was black it would look very well.

Grill red, both mesh in black. Then all you need is a Subaru badge to mount in the centre of the mesh.

Grille needs to go red and the mesh black but if you like it then keep it the way it is. at the end of the day it doesnt matter what other people think! You drive it no1 else

yea the original grill looked better soz mate,
black mesh top and bottom and black grill with a nice carbon badge would look gd

Have to agree with most on here.
Looked way better when you had the standard grill on.
Personally I would stick the old one back on and just debadge, that makes the front end look much more aggressive

I love that red and it's got some tasteful mods too.
Back on topic though,
IMO I think it would look good with the silver mesh, original grill with the de-badge mod.
But each to their own and it is a different looking front end for that different grill.
