Thanks, i'll have to get a proper pic up on the car.
I got this:
Dry Carbon Fiber BMW E46 4D M3 type Trunk Boot Spoiler on eBay, also Body Modifications, Exterior Styling, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 23-Feb-09 10:03:15 GMT)
It's a pretty good fit, there is a very slight gap in a couple of places, due to the curve,but black silicon cured that, you wouldn't even know!
I only payed £80 delivered for mine, i notice they're £115 now!

Yeah it's an E46 M3 style lip spoiler from ebay

The big spoiler if anything just adds weight and noise, the handling will not be affected.

Had mine off a year now. No difference in handleing at all,not even at high speeds. (On private roads of course)
