I kept the private plate, which is now on my current Scoob. Its a 52 plate WRX matey. Why the interest, if you don't mind me asking.

view my scooby

think i should have left the outer rims unpainted really and they would probably look better in black on my car with the black alloys. tried to keep it simple though - other than the number plates, it's just silver and black

I toyed with how to colour it and opted with leaving the mesh black. I think that would look quite good on yours too, break up the silver a bit.

If they are anything like mine, there is a bracket that goes needs to be attached that you screw the bottom nut into (I had to make one as it didn't come with my covers) but there is also a couple of 'teeth' that slot into a couple of cut outs in the bumper that are in there from the factory. If you have a look on your bumper you above the lights you should see the cut-outs.

It looks like one of these...

SUBARU IMPREZA 00-03 FRONT SPLITTER /SPOILER on eBay, also Other Exterior Styling, Exterior Styling, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 23-Jan-09 21:52:37 GMT)

I think RGM used to make a similar one but in plastic

yes, too much silver on the front at the moment. black mesh would also be an improvement i think, but other things are making more important demands on my cashflow at the moment

Here's standard STI covers although I quite fancy getting some fogs on the Bug.

Subaru foglight covers, think they were about £200, but that was about 4 years ago, can get them much cheaper now from other places.....

Not sure if you can keep your foglights behind them, think they were designed so you can, but I smashed one on a Badgers head and the other one got smashed by a stone so took them out and got the covers instead

P1 style for the winter, the fitting kit for these includes spacers to bring the lights further out.

Covers for the summer just clip over the lights in their normal positions.
