Hello and Welcome. I too am a Essex Scooby owner, from Clacton myself. Lovely car, but then I would say that.
Only one question from me:- Are you keeping that steering wheel cover on?
At least you wont have to upgrade the poo standard stereo, job done!.

Enjoy.

and na, stereo already upgraded, and its really decent too. my car has had thousands spent on it, what more could i do to it ?

we took it to extreme scoobies the other day to have a roof vent added to it, but the guy advised us not to have it done as it would cost a couple of grand, and its really noisy, and not worth it, i also wanted a back window spoiler but never had any of them done after i was toold that, as dident just want the back window spoiler done, i wanted both done lol.

Speak to Daren at ABW, he could sort both of those for you.

autobodyworks Subaru Bodywork

He's done loads of work on scoobs in Essex.

What sort of roof scoop? A proper Spec-C type scoop or a big stick-on rally type thing?

Good choice

A couple of the other members of the ESC have had them fitted. They ordered the OEM parts from Japan and fitted them themselves or with the help of another ESC member who is pretty handy with this sort of thing.

Not sure on the cost, but £2000 seems a bit high to me!

ABW has fitted these before aswell, might be worth an email or a phone call.

I haven't heard of anyone complaining about noise from them.

Like this (the black strip at the bottom of the front bumper ) :

Some leave them black, some colour code them. Or you could splash out and get a carbon one!

Front Splitter, and De-tango front lights, gives a total change to the front of the car:-
