Well, as some of you know i only had this car for 10 days and it went pop. Well after waiting patiently for 5 weeks i finally got the car back on saturday. It's so nice to have the car back and i'm loving it all over again, this time safe in the knowledge that everything is 100% fine
Cant fault API, they've done a cracking job and i can't wait to get the 1600 miles done to run the engine in, then i can really start to enjoy it again.
After i picked up my car from API i popped 5 minutes down the road to Midland wheels and picked myself up some 18" Inovit Tarmacs in gunmetal grey fitted with some Yoko Parada's. I had these on my white scooby and thought they looked good so it was the only choice for me
While the car was in for the rebuild i had joined the group buy on scoobynet for the prosport gauges, what a fantastic bit of kit, fairly easy to fit ant IMHO just as good as defi's but at £80 for the 3 i was laughing

Regardless of whats happened in the past between you and I, and the bad feeling etc, I am glad you've got the car back running again. I know from experience (with an import WRX) what it's like to hear an engine dying, especially when it's your pride and joy.
Good luck anyways fella, and I hope you're saving to pay off the credit card bills

I knew once you got it back you'd keep it. I also read your thread of dread!!!
After going through a rebuild myself, I know how much a car can be hated until it arrives back and all is forgotten. Damn you scoobies
Enjoy it!!!

It's a strange feeling driving it though, you just feel like something's gonna go wrong, on the drive home i was really nervous. I know nothings going to go wrong coz it's a first class job done by API but i guess once it's run in all will be forgotten
