Great looking car, like the front mount too. I'd love to do the 'Ring in mine one day. What speed did you get on the long straight?

Are there any sites where youc an search for your ring photos apart from NurburgringPhotos.com | Your one-stop shop for photos of your car or bike on the Ring ?
What modifications have you done to the mota?

Cheers!

I didnt really clock the speedo, but at a guess i would say 130-140ish. It was the first time I had ever tracked my car apart from 1/4 mile, and only my 2nd lap round. Was really enjoyable, and would recommend evryone does it at least once.

I reckon that had it not been for the few track incidents, a low 9 minute lap (bridge to gantry) was on the cards. I was very pleased with the way it went, I thought i was more nearer 11-12 minutes. Looking forward to going again, and maybe pushing a bit further next time round.

Nearly 10 minutes? I did a twelve minute lap in a 1600cc Skoda Felicia full of tools and camping kit and a co-pilot on this years Scumball Rally: and it was a cold and wet morning in April!

This was my 1st ever track experience, but a most enjoyable experience I was very impressed by a lot of drivers out there, and some could really pedal a car. Looking back there were certainly sections where I could have kept my foot in, but inexperience dictated otherwise. Gives me something to aspire to, if I get there is another story

Ultimately the fun factor far out weighs chasing times for me

Enjoy mate !
BUT forget the lap timing, learn the track and keep an eye in the rear view for those race prep'd 911's....
