How did you keep the colour of the car but turn everything else black?? I want some pics of mine like that to frame.

In photoshop or alike, select the whole car n copy/paste to a new layer. On original layer turn it to B&W

That looks great mate, I love it! So much so its back on the list of things to do for me, and I had just come round to the gold Is it me or does the new colour really bring out the Brembos?

Great pictures and the Evo is not bad either

Yeah it really does show of the brakes, another good reason to do it. Whole car looks a bit more bad *** i think lol

I want to paint mine but will they not flake off or damage easy?
What method did you use? Primer then pain then laquer? How many coats?

They were paint stripped and shot blasted.

Then etching primer. 1 x 500ml can

Then filler primer. 3 x 500ml can

Then top coats. 4 x 400ml can

Then laquer. 2 x 5/600ml can

All left a day between primer/ top/ laquer coats.

I have a step by step guide if anyone wants me to email them it, i got it off another forum ages ago. PM me email addys.
