Default Thought I would share (56k warning)

Went out and about last night with a mate for a test shoot to try out some locations he had found for photographing cars for some of the local papers, he ended up taking nearly 200 shots

I thought I would share a few with you all, he has asked for as much feedback as possible so what do you think?

without jinxing it, *knocks on desk* 'touch wood', I have had no problems, the car has been shown at a few events here on the island, one of which directly opposite the local constabularies stand and no comments have been made about it. I would say it is deffinately illegal though, the white vinyl is reflective so dont know if that has helped matters

Your scoob is stunning, very shiny, what do you use to get it like that?

Thanks, I always have and probably always will use Auto Glym products, I know there are plenty of products out there but I have always been happy with the results I get with Auto Glym stuff

The bridge pic (1st pic) was a pain in the backside, it is a public road, we sat for ages and nothing came past then as we started shooting half the island decided they wanted to cross the bridge

First and last are the best IMHO, may also be worth finding some modern architecture that you he can use as a back drop as it looks great when you have the curves of the car against a very sterile glass / metal / concrete / stone building in the background.

Many of the larger swanky offices etc have great lighting at night which adds to the drama.

Great looking classic by the way!

sorry bud I didn't look at your location when I replied - a good point well presented.......... if you ever get to the main land maybe you could try some modern architecture .

What a great place to live when you own a Scoob - speed limits, what spee limits

Regards

cheers guys

it is in the bodyshop just now having the rear arches rolled but have decided to have the grill painted red so the pics will be out of date by tomorrow LOL

One of the guys on NASIOC suggested painting the FMIC black, like this

he photoshopped the grill and FMIC for me, obviously getting the grill done but what do you guys think of the FMIC? I am not sure
