Default Nothing great just a Classic Silver Scooby

Hi all, needed a car I could drive daily, not have to modify and be able to park anywhere without worrying.
My old cars were just weekend use and garaged all the time.
Since everyone has a Scobby and I see so many on the raod, it must be reliable if looked after.
Comes with good standard equipment too.
Paint work looks too good to be true so I won't be suprised if its been in a shunt before. Haven't most cars ahey.

My previous cars.

Nissan Pulsar Gti-r- 320bhp
Civic type r-197 bhp
Nissan Sunny gti with engine gti-r conversion- 308bhp
Mitsubishi Evo 6- 300bhp.

Now Scooby -270ish bhp.
So far touch wood, all good, odd little door and suspension rattles, but its a 1994 car so hey.
Already had a small service in Sept 2007, just had it a week myself but will give it a proper one after 1000 miles of driving and getting used to it.
Very comfortable.
Just going to get a turbo timer fitted, and possibly the Sti front spitter if I can source one cheap to match the kit all round.
Happy days.
I am in North London btw.
Will just have a look around from now to then in case there is anything I am stuck on, just went out and bought it without knowing anything about them.
When you've seen so many performance cars they all seem the same for things to check for...Using common sense.

Yes Ki8llr I remember you, think your dad owned a jap garage or bodyshop.
Yes saw your Scooby at Ace cafe once with nice sounds.
I think they are good all round cars.
Pm your number looking for a small sti front spitter to complement the rest of the kit on my Scooby.

just bought the same car like 3 days ago. Gd init.
Im afrid of leaving it though incase it gets nicked.
Just wondering how does it compare to the evo?

in ur scooby whats tht thing by the windowscreen?? Ive got like a ring where somethings been glued there.

The only two things i dont like about it is there isnt a clock, and there isnt a passanger mirror in the sun blinder thingy.

Not sure what that is mate, the car has lots of wiring everwhere, either some mobile phone, sat nav, or dvd-stero link up.

Compared to my Evo 6, the Evo was so smooth to drive, nothing went wrong in the 7 months I had it. Very fast but you didn't notice it as the power delivery just came in nicely.
I thought it wasn't that fast but when i murderd as 350bhp Scooby I thought hmmmmm.
But I hardly drove it so decided to sell it.

To be honest I have been driving the Scooby daily, and park it up anywhere.
Why would someone want to still an Mreg car now adays.

true, its only worth like £3-4k. I just got one. ive bought a steeringlock just inclase.

Just wondered does you scooby start asap or does it take 5seconds? cos mine seems slower to start then any other car ive been in.
