Talking My Classic...

Such a nice day, so decided to clean the WRX and take some piccies

Still VERY standard, but am waiting on a dv to come, and waiting for fitment of my STI6 spoiler.

Then going down exhaut route and black alloys, graphics, jan splitter etc..

Just thought I would share with all

It has 96k on clock which is around (62k miles)

Enjoy, Comments welcome

Thanks

Jon

Finally, we see why you've asked so many questions.

Nice standard classic.

Bin the blue(?) side repeaters and the de-tango it. Cheap enough from ebay. Will clean the front end up.

Hope you realise, you're on a slippery slope.

Thumbs up

Don't have to do anything other than the lights, as a basic facelift

Thats all I've done.

It just needs new alloys and that black trim removed/blended IMO. I would leave it as it is besides that... unless you tune it of course.

Why don't you focus on "modding" the important bits then? Look to the engine and suspension... much more fun driving than simply having people point in bewilderment

I confess I have made some subtle cosmetic customisations but the focus for me was initially on the engine and next the suspesion.

Put brakes at the top of your list for more expensive stuff, if your still on 2 pots. They're crap. I should know, due to one thing or another I've still got them. Plenty of sets of 4 pots for sale if you look around, usually IRO £300 with discs n pads.

Then make sure you have wheels to clear the brakes.

Little things like de-tango etc can be done on the cheap via Ebay and for sale forums usually.
