lol you couldn't resist

the muffler i have is actually for a STI 7... and i gotta Version 5 Type-R ... been led to believe it will fit with just an ever so minor adjustment... have yet to rest my mind as my car is currently off-road... so fingers crossed it shouldn't be a problem...

Ooooh and for the price... i got it dirt cheap... im in HK and using the current exchange rate it was 100 pounds ... i even haggled him down hehe.... suppose i could flog it for a lil' bit more if it doesn't fit

Sorry I might be missing the point here, but what's so special about it?

Looks the same as the JDM STi one I took off my car and is lying behind my garage, apart from the genome written on it.

I'll stick to my HKS.

hmmm... i dont really know

I like it cause its an aftermarket STI item and not an optional extra... same as the STI lateral arms and trailing rods...

and i'm not looking for a whole 3" system ... just looking for the boxer rumble... so the Genome is perfect for me... Rare, Original Subaru item, Muffler only 2.5" pipe and non-excessive noise with a big bad rumble

yep mate, i think the down pipe is 3" at the turbo tapering down to 2.5" to meet the centre section, then 2.5" through to the backbox

i have the same set up on mine
