Smile Look what I got :) :) :)

I been wanting to get one of these for a while, and finally decided to order it the other night! It arrived today and oh....my......god.....it's stunning!! I thought the Afterburner de-cat centre section I ordered before was lush, but this Ninja sports-cat is even better I think! I just love shiny things lol. Having it fitted next tuesday, can't wait!!!!

It's soooooo blooody FAT!!! I wasn't expecting it to be this big....or this fat! lol

Yeah I got it from scoobyworld mate. It's £299.99, but comes to £314.99 by the time they add postage on. I ordered it really late on sunday night, and it arrived thismorning not bad at all!

Hehe, sounds interesting! I wonder how much more burble is gonna be released, cuz I've still got the standard backbox. Afterburner de-cat centre section unleashed a bit of it

Well, just had the Ninja fitted and boy does it make some noise!!! I'm not talking about the burble.....I'm talking about the turbo. It sounds like I'm driving a giant turbo on wheels lol. It nearly sounds like those mental skylines & things you see at santapod where the turbo just howls all the way down the straight!! I wasn't expecting it to be this loud, it's well cool tho!!! I'm thinking this is part of the reason it's so much louder now........

Look at the bloody difference!!! The Ninja's gob is like just over double the size of the standard subaru one!! But I was wondering....where it actually bolts on to.....is that only the size of the hole of the subaru one? If that makes sense? It makes a bloody difference, whatever is happening! Is the noise just cuz it's so much more free-flowing now? My limited (close to zero!) knowledge of cars has told me that......turbos are spun by exhaust gasses.......so better flowing exhaust gasses means more spinny turbo lol

Am gonna get it remapped asap cuz I'm addicted to makin the car go faster lol.

Yes cmpequeno, I noticed a hell of a difference when I just did the centre section on it's own. It was a different car! It used to have a lot of power at about 3,000rpm and then start to die off the more you revved it....but with the centre section it pulled much better further up the revs.....and now with the downpipe aswell......it's as if it's naturally aspirated sometimes! Just flies.....instantly......and pulls all the way round the revs like 2 trains attached together lol. Beast!

I can't wait to get it remapped! Anyone wanna lend me £600?

Wouldn't detonation bring the CEL on tho? So at least I'd know it was happening?

Its not the bell mouth thats making the turbo sound obvious its the mixture of stainless steel and the fact the cat flows better I've got a HKS pipe with the standard flat plate and I can hear my turbo spooling soo damn loud its unreal lol!

Davey, I'm so paranoid aswell tho! I have been nailing the car everywhere tho cuz it's just so addictive!! It seems better now, a few days after it's been on the car, then when I first had it fitted. It's as if it's got used to it or something. It pulls like an absolute animal lol I can't afford a remap yet but I think I'm just gonna get one anyway cuz I'm worried it's gonna blow up

Aye yeah there's a little piece of paper that comes with it saying that if you fit it to a 2001 and onwards impreza that you'll get the CEL on and you should get a remap or you can get a CEL fix or something. Can't remember now without looking
