Default Blobeye STi mods now complete with new HT Autos splitter

The mods are now complete on my STi with the latest addition being a new flexible HT Autos front splitter. The splitter is great value and looks great especially with the wee badge from ebay (Scoobyparts) stuck on.

Some more pics after a clean this morning.

The only other mod I would've liked to have done is to have it lowered but unfortunately with there being speed bumps in my road I'll put it on hold at the moment.

I'm very pleased with the results and I hope you enjoy the pics also.

Cheers,
Stephen.

Looks good mate. I went badgeless when adding my front lip as couldn't find one like the original... may get a prodrive one to go with the rest of my styling.

I hear what you are saying about lowering it. I'm not going to bother with the front lip on as it is low enough as is when tacking speed bumps, curbs, ramps etc...

Looking good buddy. Agree with the lowering issue,
but see what you mean with the speed bumps, look as though
they would give you problems - nothing a jack hammer wouldn't fix
Craig.

That's the 2nd type of ramps we've had as I kept complaining to the council about the 1st type we had, they were ridiculously high and harsh. They got removed and this type is now in which are better.

Mine has the Prodrive springs on and clears worse speed ramps than that.

Looks good mate

You should definately get it lowered though, I've got similer speed bumps in my street and they're not a problem. I found that before I got the car lowered I suffered from nose bleeds and altitude sickness

Just cancel with revolution, they do nothing but mess you about, I waited a week before seeing the light and ordering with HT. They are worlds apart
in terms of service quality !! Plus they're cheaper

Been asked about the HTA emblems embossed on the splitter. Hopefully you can see them on the following pic.
I wasn't sure about emblems on the splitter when I first thought about buying the HT Autos one but certainly don't let it put you off. The emblems are very difficult to see infact almost impossible unless you're a cat! I now think that the HTA emblems look pretty cool.

There is another large HTA emblem but this is totally hidden when fitted it's underneath the bumper, somewhere here.

I suppose I was technically wrong when I said my car was complete, I did a bit more debadging at the back today.
Although I liked the SUBARU lettering on the boot they were such a pain when drying off or polishing the car so they're now off along with the Type UK badge leaving just STi on the boot.
