Well after plenty of searching for a hole-less bootlid i've given up and (my dad really, I supervised) flushed my existing one. The paintwork below the STI6 spoiler i took off was a joke, maybe the spoiler was put on to hide it. Anyway, heres before and after, let me know what you think (obviously its going to the bodyshop for finishing.

Before

After (but before a sanding and primering)

Andy.

the spoilerless look is starting to grow on me, my mate has done the same but as a weight saver for the 1/4 mile.

Does this mean you have a spoiler for sale?

I think it looked better with the spoiler, but i am not yet a fan of the spoilerless look.

I can see why someone else would like it though, if they are going for the Jap street racer look, as it does fit in with that image perfect.

Fair play to you though for going for something different (although it isnt that different anymore really is it!)

Car looks nice and clean as well

Dan

Just need a FMIC and get rid of the bonnet scoop for a super smooth look.

Quite like the spoilerless look.

But.... must have the BMW style lip on the end to finish off the look.

Not a fan of the V.5/6 spoiler anyway.

Still different as most scooby's (inc. mine) have a wing!

I like the spoiler-less look, but I still prefer Wagons with spoilers

I think they look better with a spoiler myself... although the big wing has been done to death.
