As above. Just put a deposit on one and wondered how many others on here have one?

Cheers,

Taken from typera.co.uk

V1 - WRX - Feather White, Vivienne Red.
V1 - Sti - Feather White
V2 - WRX - Feather White, Vivienne Red.
V2 - Sti - Feather White
V3 - WRX & Sti - Feather White
V4 - WRX & Sti - Feather White
V5 - WRX & Sti - Feather White
V6 - WRX - Feather White.
V6 - Sti - Feather White, Cashmere Yellow

There is confusion (in my mind) as to the actual name of the red of the early WRX RA, I've heard it called a different name but can't remember!

Here are the V-Limiteds & Limiteds etc:

V2 - Sti Type RA V-Limited 555 - Sports Blue
V4 - Sti Type RA V-Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V5 - Sti Type RA Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V5 - Type RA Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V6 - STi Type RA Limited - Sonic Blue Mica
V6 - Type RA Limited- Sonic Blue Mica

yup only a wrx type ra but the difference is huge. it's not mint bodywork wise, but only a little dimple in the bonnet and a couple of paint blemishes which really isn't a problem for what i have in mind

the short ratio gearbox and lighter weight, well wow is all i can say at the moment.

quite a few different bits to a normal wrx. has intercooler spray, no abs, shorter ratio gearbox, it's a whole lot lighter!, no fogs (these were retro fitted and will be removed), manual windows, manual mirrors, mirrors aren't painted, spoiler was an optional extra. think they have a closed deck block too. sure i've missed a few things.

basically the ra "rally altered" only needs a roll cage and it's fit for group n rallying. they made them for homologation purposes so that the impreza could go rallying.

i think that the imports had the different doors bonnet and boot lid and a different gearbox to the UK specs. not sure about the cage though.

love your wheels. really suit the car.

oh just remembered. wrx ra has no bidet (rear wash wipe )

The only body panel i have ever seen on a classic impreza that is made of aluminium is the bonnet...from the factory that is..

As for wings, doors, boots etc....i am willing to bet their steel...try putting a magnet on them.

Its a myth

Cheers. Not bad for £2400. bit of a pain to start from cold but as soon as it's been running for a minute or so it's spot on. Someone said i need to clean out the idle control valve / cold start valve and it should be fine.

yeah not many of us about couple more have come to light now though. nice to see a couple more but also nice to be pretty exclusive

Matt,

The spec is listed on the left in "view my scooby"

The car will have some new graphics soon....as we are sorting a deal with a new sponsor...

Those wheels are Speedlines 15"..
Keep your eye out on ebay...they quite often appear on there.
