Ok not a scoob but what the hell...

YouTube - Ariel Atom torque tests 0-100
just messing about with the cam really but gives some idea what a huge amount of torque does, 6th gear at 2000rpm 45-75 in 3 seconds...
I know its not vbox accurate but its within .5 of a second using frame by frame timing... wish my scoob was that tractable it would have been awsome, but then i can set off in the Atom in 6th and still be doing 100 in 11 seconds
the standing starts were in second, and it spun up both in 2nd and 3rd, so suspect it should be quicker with good traction...

Should have done a optimum revs pull from 50mph and timed it... I cogged it down to waste a div in a C4s the other day at 60mph and had it sideways which was lets say, interesting
it really really takes off at 60mph if you drop a gear or 3

Going to have to get the cam facing backwward looking at one of the guys scoobs and doing the same launch of the line... that would be interesting...
