Default Induction Shield/ Divider - Newage

Just thought I'd show a few pictures of my induction divider as I know a few people have been after them for the Newage. Harvey Smith very kindly fabricated and fitted; gave up the majority of his Sunday and provided refreshments throughout the afternoon. A big thanks as always Harvey.

Should help temps

Engine bay:

Carbon Sheet

Reverse side with heat wrap

Rubber edging to finish

Hi mate

Harvey has done a few for the classic before and they are a bit easier to do by all accounts (not quite as much in the way). I think mine was his first Newage.

All his dividers will be carbon as in pics. The side facing the engine is covered with the reflective heat wrap.

HTH

Not at all. In fact I bet you would be surprised.
Best to email Harvey direct for price to supply material/ template etc although I know he's got a few things on at the moment.

Gav - no website. Best sending him an email to the address on his profile.

Out of interest if you have the same induction set up what cold air feed have you got (if any)

Cheers, will do.

The filter was already on the car when i bought it. The guy who had it before me used some 4 inch flexible hose. It's not great but does an ok job. i was looking at making some sort of alloy cover to wrap around the filter with an open end to attach some sort of ducting. Like the apollo kits but with the use of a bigger filter!

Looks good.

How effective is it at keeping the heat away? Have you noticed any difference in performance?

That is exactly what I need for mine. Also the same filter etc..

But, I have extra pipes for the front mount!

Nothing is ever simple
