nice orange peel paint work on the boot!! but as echoed above damn fine motor! i was thinking of the e39 m5 myself

Fair play to you a lovely piece of kit an enginnering masterpiece !! However i must say that i'm still not convinced by the Chris Bangle styling of the latest 5 series.

Thanks guys. Thats the second time I've had a comment about orange peel paintwork. What does that mean? Has it been resprayed or is the paint defective in any way?

Quite normal for factory paint to have an orange peel finish. Bit surprising on an M5 though. Any decent detailer sbe able to correct it though.

Look above your M5 badge the paint doesn't look 'smooth' like say the bumper below, it has an 'orange peel' effect.

I would be spewing if that were mine.

You lucky, lucky...

Absolutely beautiful. Sat next to one of these in traffic a few months ago, rear discs looked huge!
