I wasnt too bad although once the headlining was out i did sit there for over an hour measuring, measuring and measuring again untill i even got the drill near the roofskin
Once that was done the main hole was a piece of pi55 to do. The headlining was even easier

Indeed my man.. a massive taped up bag underneath works wonders when vent cutting.

That's a very reasonable cost for a vent Frayz
I bet you had a sweat on as if you were in a sauna cutting that out, I remember when I fitted my rear spoiler and drilled the boot all along it looked like I was melting

Cheers guys,,
Like i said it wasnt that difficult. Just a little taxing as you know deep in the back of your mind "i can only drill this hole once"
I think this is one of the best mods ive made, Id genuinely lay money on it that nobody could tell it wasnt factory fitted. The headlining was trimmed to perfection.
On another note.. I really enjoyed fitting it too

Yeah but that does come with everything you need all in Genuine Subaru parts bags.
Every item is OEM which makes it a much much nicer mod IMO.

I need to hatch a plan, I promised her indoors when I bought this car I would stop tinkering, and certainly no body mods

Er excluding mate lol
It takes a long time to get right and i would have to cover the cost of the roof in the unlikely event of me damaging it.
Its not worth the stress for any less mate.
