One of the guys at work had a bit of an issue a couple of weeks ago !!

basically 'hmm any one smell burning ?'
he stopped to investigate, didn't pop the bonnet due to the smoke and flames whisping from the engine bay, no extinguisher. called the fire bods and .... the result is what you see FUBAR

He is fine no worries, even managed to keep the camera steady
As to the cause one of the fuel lines they think

it was damage to lower extremities of the engine that did it
look at the fluids on the road
