Default My new toy( well her in doors actually)

My new toy, well bought it for the wife but could not resist adding a few mods. Now sports a HKS exshaust and filter, bilstein shocks and springs, chassis brace's underneath and a roll hoop.

Its like a soft top mk2 escort, handles amazing...even better when i dump those 17" in favour of some 15" ones.

Just noticed that on both pics posted the front bumpers are a different colour to the rest of the car - are they supposed to be like that?

Guessing the paint on the plastic bumpers has faded more than the body panels perhaps

Not SUPPOSED to look like that, but if you look closely, the majority of any plastic painted panels, are actually different colours from metal painted ones.

Dunno why it turns out like that, it just does.
