Post Pic Request - Bugeye lowered with original wheels.

Hi. Just wondering what the bugeye looks like lowered with the original alloys as I don't want to lower it if it makes the wheels look small. Thanks

Why would it make the wheels look small , wont it do the reverse and make them fill more of the arch

Well thats what I thought but it might make the car look like its collapsed. There not the most hugging wheel arches i've ever seen.

Mines dropped on 18's with eibach's and they do fill the arches well.......
But don't do it for cosmetic reasons, do it for the handling which I have to say, doesn't get any better than the original set-up. I'm actually thinking of getting mine raised....
Alloy gets on with his ride height....

my blobeye handles a lot better on the eibachs than before on standard, and sits nicely on the standard size rims.....IMO

Moto That looks pretty good mate. Is the handling improved?

I don't really want to get 18s as like a couple of you said it upsets the handling. I think eibach springs with original wheels and decent tyres should improve the look and handling.

I found the prodrive springs improved the handling a lot. I've since moved on to 18 inch PFF7s, which didn't alter the handling, just look better!
My latest additions are front and rear droplinks and adjustable anti roll bars. They have been another big step forward in terms of handling.

I think i'll go for the prodrive springs then. I was tempted to go for the eibachs but seems like prodrives the way to go.

Looks good Neilo. Don't normally like the prodrive spoiler but that looks good.

Moto, the wheels are a big improvement. Take it they're real PFF7's?

Alright Ben. Looks much better. Hows your car going. Still loving the remap? Did you have your car lowered when I saw it at Xtreme scoobies?

Hi Paul. You won't regret lowering it - looks just right in my opinion and the handling really is improved considerably. It was lowered when you saw it. Still enjoying the power hike but it's definately an addiction - want more! All good with your motor? Will have to meet up again before too long mate.
