I see you sold tour trunk lid, any particular reason why it went, did you just not like it, or was the quality not very good, or a change in style wanted...?

Cheers
Dave

Thumbs up

Hello Fella's

Thnx for the fine replies!!

@Suresh:Where y'a from?
There are several black Classics in The Netherlands.
But, this special edition was supplied in 2 colors, Mica Black and Steel Grey.
Approx. 40 cars in black and 130 in steelgrey.

@Dave A: Indeed I sold the trunk lid.
I bought the lid, while I had still plans to adjust the car more.
At this moment, I'm possibly trying to sell the car.
Reason for that is, I only drive it weekends, and through the week I'm driving a VW Golf Mark II Diesel.
I drive about 1500 kilometers in the week.
The clock of the Golf now stands on approx 435000 kilometers, but still lasts.
If i'm able to sell the Scooby, then de Golf also goes, and in return comes a fast Diesel...
Sad, but true.
The Scoob is the car I always wanted, and I own it now for 5,5 years.
But....If I see some nice Mods (ECU or something) I'm still very curious to try it

@MarcelGTT: Sad to hear that your wife didn't like it.
But you love it or not.....There's nothing in between.
BART (SCN and Extreme Machines) bought it from me.

Will post some new pics soon....

Regards

Hans,

Hans - I'm British, but married to a Dutch girl and have been living in your fine country since 2001. Used to have a dark blue MY99 classic which EMS raised to a Tek3, but traded it in for a Forester Turbo when our 'jochie' arrived in 2004.
