Hi Can't decide on which of these to get, anyone got any pics?

How much difference is there in the 2 height settings, are we talking 1cm, 1"?

Handy tip for fitting thr fronts is to use some double sided tape to hold the 'c' nuts in place, remember to put a hole through the tape so the bolt can go through
