Default M@trix's Impreza "Monza" Wrx

Got my scooby back from the Bodyshop, and its lookin good.

It is still very much work in progress though. but it has come a long wiy in the short 6 months i have had it.

It started off just a plain Std Impreza Wrx RA.

I am sure you all will know that being the Ra means it was bred for rallying, so i decided to give her the rally look.

this soon wore off when i spotted a new kit that just became available for the Impreza. The Monza Kit, this was to be fitted along with Angel eye twin headlight conversion, The Alloy Bonnet was removed and a Sleek carbon replacement came in to play, with a much larger scoop. Afterburner rear lights sort out the rear end.
Unfortunatly i have had to loose the scorpion, as it would not fit with the kit on. i have yet to decide on the replacement exhaust.

So back to the Kit, i shopped around for the best price, and also shopped around for a bodyshop to fit and spray the kit and the car in Subaru Mica World Rally Blue.
I wanted everything to be done as soon as it possibly could. so i found if i was willing to pay an extra £100 for the kit i could get it Guranteed within a week, superb. so i pays the money to Konceptz for the kit and goes and books the car into the bodyshop for the kit fitting and Respray.
Anyway to cut a long story short. the kit ends up being over a month late and the bodyshop was delayed several times due to promises being broken.
Once the kit finnaly arrived the bodyshop is fully booked untill the end of april. so it was a bit far off for my liking. however Konceptz had offered to Fit and spray the Kit Free of charge for all of the delay and messing around i had recieved. the only downside is they were going to do it in the existing colour. at first i was not keen but now i have the finished article. I am very Impressed. Cheers Koncetz.

Now I am working with some images I have taken from Need for Speed Underground 2. I have modified it slightly, but am still a little unsure to how the finished article will look.

But here is a sneak preview.

Still to sort out the alloys and interior.

Engine:

EJ20 Boxer Engine.

Blitz Induction Kit
Blitz Blow Of Valve
Apexi Front Mount Intercooler
Scorpion Full System (Now With bodged rear box untill i get something to fit through the kit.)
Alloy Header Tank

apart from That all std running Std Boost. For Now.

Security:

Enough

Did not think of that, I have edited the post.

Although the Numberplate was removed to prevent anyone tracing it.

Cheers

Dont worry about security details or the number plate. You have done a good job of making the car less desireable. Just get the design on the side of it and no one will go near it.
Each to their own though

Surely the pics have been done at paintshop ?..............right
Always best to experiment prior to doing these things......especially to an RA.

Thanks for the Positive and negative feedback.
When i decided to use the graphics, the plan was for the cat to be blue, I found the image on Need for speed underground 2, it was all in black with a white outline, i changed it slightly, but was and still am unsure about the graphic. I want something as i feel the sides are too plain.
I know some do not agree and some prefer the std look but that is down to our personal preferences. after all ifwe all had the same taste we would all be driving around in the same car in the same colour looking exactly the same, and that would not be good.

Oh and i know a lot of you will critisize this but hey i like it. I have Bought a Set of Neons. Everyone local has told me the car looks like something out of The Fast And Furious so i am going to give it the final touches.

Do you get a free Burberry Cap and chunky gold bracelet with this kit??

If so then the hundreds of pounds you paid for it will all be worth it!!

I think they only give those to the Jelous ones that dream about the kit and say the do not like it because they cant afford it.
So as a Consolation they give these to them free of charge.
If you want yours you need to send off a letter begging for a free kit and they will tell you to get a life and send you one of these free of charge.
