I thought there were Speedline ST2 wheels if the Prodrive Handling pack was fitted too ?
I certainly know of 2 cars that have had that fitted. (both MY99) and they both have ST2's on.

The PPP is ECU+Backbox+STI centre+IC pipework. No more, no less.
If a MY99/00 has different wheels to any other model from that year, then it's had another Prodrive accessory fitted. Either the wheels on their own or part of the handling pack.
