Talking Latest transport - a bit different

After selling the Scoob six months for more sensible tranport (an Astra 2.2). We decided that we needed a second car for me, of course, for as little money as possible. After going through a few alternatives (old BMWs, Saabs, Senators), for the princely sum of £1700 I got myself one of these:

It's a project car for me, the idea being I save £££ by maintaining it myself. Don't tell the wife about the average of 16mpg .

PS That early 90s car phone works!

From what I understand of the law, this phone is perfectly legal to use on the move.

Off to find a sheepskin coat and a mate called Terry
