If it were me I'd go for the Magnex. It looks a little more subtle and stylish, plus I think it fits in better than your old box IMHO.

The Ninja looks more aggressive. The Magnex is more stylish, I would go 4 the Magnex.

Much prefer the ninja (looks and sounds better)... not a fan of oval pipes .... just personal preference I guess

Go with the magnex it suits the car alot better than than the ninja .I have the magnex on my01 bugeye and think it looks and sounds great .

To be honest mate, they both look just as good, if you want more noise then go for the Ninja, if you want stylish looks then go for the magnex. IMO i would go for the magnex, both just as good though, choice is yours at the end of the day.
