get ypur images postedon to a website of your own or mates, but if not, no fear up can up load them to photobucket.com

become a member and select the files you want to up load. then once that is done next to the pic there will be an url addresscapy that and put either " " to display the link or type [img]" "[/img] for the image to apear! hope that clear!
