Upload your pics onto a site such as fotopic
Then view your pics in your fotopic gallery (full size, 1 image on page, not multi thumbnails), if you're on PC right click on image and view properties then copy the url, if on Mac ctrl click on image and open in new window and again copy the url.
Open a thread on here and post pics as below
[ img ] http://images.fotopic.net/?id=848041&outx=600&oq=0 [ /img ]
if you remove the spaces I've left in it works as this
