vmax,
Yes just had PPP fitted, car now pulls much better all the way to 7k, speed is deceiving because there is no drama just very smooth, sound is somewhere between full ScoobySport de-cat and just ScoobySport back box. If you've got a UK car and warranty is an issue well worth the money.

You git...now I've seen it gonna have to get mine done now - don't just mean the spoiler, but seeing the PPP backbox brings back happy memories of my (sadly now dead) MY99 with PPP - I know the PPP on the WRX won't be the same but I reckon it'll be worth it.
Seeing it in profile with the STI spoiler you wonder why Subaru didn't make it like that in the first place, and I am speaking as one who now likes the new shape.
Still debating about the Morettes, mine has got the light covers on and believe it or not they break the bugeyes up enough that for the sake of the 500 odd notes to change them I'm starting to think it's not on top of my priority list
Thanks for the pix...
Cheers
Simon

keo,
Thanks for the comments, rear visibility isn't great but the looks more than make up for this.
simes,
sorry if i upset you!! I'm also still debating the morettes, ok most people think the MY01 is ugly but i think the std. lights also make it distinctive plus £500 goes a long way to upgrading the brakes!

The morettes can be purchased a lot cheaper than at a dealer. It can be purchased form Demon Tweels a around £250. Lot cheaper than a dealer can provide!!!!
Hey DrEvil, where are you getting the 22b adjustable from?

Simon,
Looks well smart m8. Have you had it dyno'ed since the PPP went on?
Did DRMotorsports spray up the wing and fit, or did you get that done locally?
See ya

Happy to take any more one month old bits off you!
Hopefully, up pipe arrives tomorrow then I can book mine in for the full decat.

How did you get around the new holes that need drilling for the new spoiler, doesnt that mean that you have invalidated you r warranty.
If there is a way then I think you have just made D R M some more cash (you r not on commision r u)

Guys,
Saw Simon's car last night, and I've got to say that the pictures don't do it justice. It looks real cool - and this is from someone who didn't like the new shape (even though I'm coming round a bit).
All I need to try and do know, is get more power out of mine before October!!

Rob,
I haven't considered the warranty, but drilling holes in the boot lid can surely only affect the boot lid not the whole car.
Two of the original holes were left uncovered by the spoiler but these have been covered by colour coded grommets and sealed, 8 new holes were drilled then filler/adhesive was also used to ensure a good fit, i am nothing to do with DRM but if Dave wants to line my pockets i won't complain

I readon TSL Motorsports Web site about there spoiler and it mentions:
Available in high quality GRP or hand moulded in carbon fibre, these exceptional quality products will bolt straight on using ALL EXISTING MOUNT POINTS. This obviously means no additional drilling or fettling to your pride and joy is required. Leaving your Subaru factory body guarantee firmly intact.
SO it must effect your body work gaurantee.
Will find out and let you know if you are interested,
Rob
