I treat myself the other day to a Wax Wizard Starter Kit and look at the results. I was very impressed indeed and so was my neighbour, he asked if I'd had a respray

Rob,

I've got holdof a spare grille and I'm gonna experiment with modifying that. If I bugger it up I'll probably be in touch..

Thanks

SCD Simon,

The Merlin Wax Starter Kit was £55 including delivery, got shampoo, acrylic cleanser & merlin wax and some cleaning towels.

I also treat the Scoob to some new wheels, I buckled an alloy the other week so I decided to get something different.

Question

How long did it take you to get it to gleem like that?

I'm about to sell my Calibra and it would be a damn sight easier to get rid off with a shine like that to it :-)

Took overall about 2 hours, I washed the car in the morning and dried off with Water Blade, had lunch then went out and used the acrylic primer and polised off.

Then went over the whole car again with Merlin Wax.

Worth every minute

Neo,

Nice to hear from you mate...

I've been busy with this thing called work, I'm not used to working more than 4 months of the year, I feel a holiday coming on soon

Shame about your motor mate, have you managed to find a replacement yet ??
