Anyone else ignore the AA's advice not to travel on new year? 
This is the A65 in the Yorkshire Dales at around 3pm yesterday...
Had no problems myself (except it took a looooong time to get to the north end of the Lakes for the party we were going to), but saw an Omega get stuck on a hill near Kirby Lonsdale and have to reverse back down again. I went straight past him with "smug mode" fully engaged
